JASON M. CURIS - PRINCIPAL

Jason is the founder of JMC Management, LLC, and has been involved in both residential and commercial real estate for the last 18 years.  He began his career as a commercial real estate broker and consultant, and quickly became a specialist in working with difficult, non-performing assets and returning them to profitability. He focused his early efforts on mastering the inner-city Detroit real estate market and has since been involved in the acquisition and disposition of over 2,500 real estate transactions, with the acquisition, construction, leasing, and selling of millions of square feet of commercial real estate in addition to 100s of apartment building complexes.

Jason earned a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from Michigan State University, and is a licensed associate broker in the state of Michigan.

CHRISTINA RICE - CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Christina has been involved in both commercial and residential real estate for over 20 years. She has worked in all levels of the industry and has extensive experience in real estate acquisitions and liquidations, financing, and urban development. Christina has most recently worked as a tenant representative for national retail brands seeking real estate acquisitions in various markets around the country. She now brings her knowledge of stabilizing distressed assets, developing new real estate projects, and managing investment objectives to the clients of JMC Management. 

ROBIN IORLANO-BROOKS -  VICE PRESIDENT BROKERAGE & MANAGEMENT SERVICES

Robin has over seventeen years of commercial real estate experience handling a variety of properties and investments in Los Angeles and the Detroit Metropolitan market. She has worked with a wide variety of companies ranging from large institutional clients to individual owners. Her career began in Los Angeles as a commercial project manager specializing in turn-key construction of office, retail, industrial and campus workplaces. A relocation to Michigan afforded Robin the opportunity to serve as property manager for several historic office buildings in downtown Detroit. Now familiar with the comprehensive advantages and inherent challenges of the current market, Robin is prepared to maximize the value, stability and success of her clients' portfolio by aggressive leasing & marketing to both local and national retailers and seeking new opportunity for operational efficiencies.

CHRISTY PAUL - SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER

Christy Paul has been involved in residential real estate management for over 20 years. Her career began in real estate as a leasing agent which quickly advanced to management through hard work and dedication. Before joining JMC Management, Christy most recently worked as a Regional Manager who oversaw a portfolio of multi-family communities throughout the United States.  Christy has worked with a variety of asset and management companies that specialize in both market rate and affordable housing.

Christy holds multiple industry designations and is a licensed real estate sales person in The State of Michigan. She brings her knowledge and expertise of successful portfolio management to the clients of JMC Management.

DAWN TREJO - ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Dawn Trejo brings a wealth of accounting and customer service knowledge to the JMC Management team.  Dawn has been working in the accounting field for over 20 years in a variety of industries which include manufacturing, corporate housing, restaurants and real estate. Her career began as a Staff Accountant and her experience throughout the years has advanced her to the role of Accounting Manager for JMC Management.   Dawn’s experience in multiple industries with multiple asset types, both commercial and residential, makes her an excellent resource not only to the JMC Management office, but to our clients as well.  Dawn has a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Accounting from Davenport University.

Deion WASHINGTON - LOFT DIRECTOR

Deion Washington knows about the passion of entrepreneurs and their commitment of hard work.  As a former athlete sidelined due to a career ending injury, Deion has dedicated his professional business career to entrepreneurs and those with the pursuit of growth.  Having owned businesses in the past, Deion knows the importance of relationships, goals and dreams.  This was proven by Deion’s exceptional occupancy and customer service rating at one of the largest residential apartment communities in Detroit.  Now he brings over 20 years of experience and talent to the commercial real estate side of JMC Management, as the Loft Director for Metro Detroit Lofts.  Here, he is poised to help expand small business owners by providing Commercial Lofts throughout Metro Detroit.

SHERMAN JACKSON -  FACILITIES ADMINISTRATOR

Sherman Jackson has served as a Facilities Administrator for numerous commercial and multi-family properties in the Metro Detroit area.  Mr. Jackson joined JMC Management LLC in 2015.  Since that time he has initiated interventions to solve facility problems, participated in the development of policies and procedures that affect the use of supplies and facilities, and coordinated with upper management and other offices for issues that are not in the scope of the facilities service team.  He superbly maintains the efficiency, appearance and condition of both commercial and multi-family properties.
