JASON M. CURIS - PRINCIPAL
Jason is the founder of JMC Management, LLC, and has been involved in both residential and commercial real estate for the last 18 years. He began his career as a commercial real estate broker and consultant, and quickly became a specialist in working with difficult, non-performing assets and returning them to profitability. He focused his early efforts on mastering the inner-city Detroit real estate market and has since been involved in the acquisition and disposition of over 2,500 real estate transactions, with the acquisition, construction, leasing, and selling of millions of square feet of commercial real estate in addition to 100s of apartment building complexes.
Jason earned a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from Michigan State University, and is a licensed associate broker in the state of Michigan.
CHRISTINA RICE - CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Christina has been involved in both commercial and residential real estate for over 20 years. She has worked in all levels of the industry and has extensive experience in real estate acquistions and liquidations, financing, and urban development. Christina has most recently worked as a tenant representative for national retail brands seeking real estate acquisitions in various markets around the country. She now brings her knowledge of stabilizing distressed assets, developing new real estate projects, and managing investment objectives to the clients of JMC Management.
ROBIN IORLANO-BROOKS - VICE PRESIDENT BROKERAGE & MANAGEMENT SERVICES
Robin has over seventeen years of commercial real estate experience handling a variety of properties and investments in Los Angeles and the Detroit Metropolitan market. She has worked with a wide variety of companies ranging from large institutional clients to individual owners. Her career began in Los Angeles as a commercial project manager specializing in turn-key construction of office, retail, industrial and campus workplaces. A relocation to Michigan afforded Robin the opportunity to serve as property manager for several historic office buildings in downtown Detroit. Now familiar with the comprehensive advantages and inherent challenges of the current market, Robin is prepared to maximize the value, stability and success of her clients' portfolio by aggressive leasing & marketing to both local and national retailers and seeking new opportunity for operational efficiencies.
SHERMAN JACKSON - FACILITIES ADMINISTRATOR
Sherman Jackson has served as a Facilities Administrator for numerous commercial and multi-family properties in the Metro Detroit area. Mr. Jackson joined JMC Management LLC in 2015. Since that time he has initiatied interventions to solve facility problems, participated in the development of policies and procedures that affect the use of supplies and facilities, and coordinated with upper management and other offices for issues that are not in the scope of the facilities service team. He superbly maintains the efficiency, appearance and condition of both commercial and multi-family properties.
